Thanksgiving is perhaps the only American holiday next to the Fourth of July that all people celebrate. No matter what your race, creed, color or social station, it's likely that you'll be preparing or eating Thanksgiving dinner. But after the eating comes the cleanup. As a child, our 20 to 30 person Thanksgiving dinners for immediate family only kept my mother in the kitchen the entire day and into the evening as she ran two loads of dishes, scrubbed the pots, and scrambled to find containers for all the leftover food. Here are tips to make Thanksgiving dinner cleanup easy so you can rejoin your family for that late night movie or football game and end the holiday rested and refreshed.
